What happens when you connect

You will be asked to approve the session before anyone can see
your screen. Nothing starts until you click Allow.

You can see the session while it is running and end it at any
moment, for any reason. You do not need to explain why.

Every session is recorded in an audit log: who connected,
when, and for how long. You can ask us for that record at any time.

Access ends when the session ends. Closing the support
program removes our ability to connect again without you starting a new
session.
